As Senior Brand Manager you will proactively contribute to draw the Brand Strategy of one of the most iconic brand in Italy and within the Company’s brands’ portfolio, then drafting and implementing marketing plans for the managed categories.

We have the ingredients for your new role. Being a pillar to the Marketing Team and reporting to a Marketing Manager, this role grants chance to truly act on all the marketing leverages – making things happen!

Your main tasks will be:

  • Contribute to Brand Strategy’s definition, leveraging all the marketing levers and then drafting and implementing your products’ Marketing Plan;
  • Portfolio management to identify internal and external areas of opportunities, forsee challenges and act upon those
  • Proactively lead the Category’s growth through 360 innovation (from concept to in store execution), working closely with the cross functional teams,
  • Recognize business opportunities by interpretating consumers’ behaviours and rooted in sell-out or ad-hoc analysis;
  • Manage your own categories’ marketing budget;
  • Contribute to Communications Plans – ATL/BTL – definition, by interacting with dedicated agencies.

Requisitos

  • 6+ years of experience within Marketing teams;
  • at least 36m of Brand Management experience, even better within International brands;
  • Solid experience in portfolio management
  • Experience in working with P&L and solid commercial acumen
  • Experience in 360 NPD launches, managing diverse stakeholders;
  • Fluent in English and Italian
