Mission

As a Trade Marketing / Category Management Intern, based in Italy, you will support the team in translating category and brand strategies into concrete in-store and customer initiatives.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to commercial strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager / Category Manager, you will actively contribute to the execution of key projects and gain a solid understanding of how marketing, sales, and revenue growth management work together.

In particular, you will:

  • Support the analysis of market and customer data (Nielsen, internal reports)
  • Assist in the development of category analyses, presentations, and commercial materials
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of promotional and activation plans
  • Help track performance KPIs and post-promotion results
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams on ongoing initiatives
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Trade Marketing / Category team

Requisitos

What we are looking for:

  • University student or recent graduate in Economics, Marketing, Management, or similar fields
  • Strong interest in FMCG, commercial strategy, and in-store execution
  • Good analytical skills and confidence with numbers
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a structured way and manage priorities
  • Good command of English (Italian is a plus, depending on the role)
