We are seeking an experienced Finance Group Consolidation & Shareholder Reporting Lead to join our Finance team. In this role, you will oversee the management consolidation and reporting processes for our multi-entity European corporate group, ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment .
Consolidation & Reporting Excellence
Lead the Cycle: Drive the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management consolidation and reporting process.
Shareholder Reporting: Manage the preparation, validation, and submission of shareholder reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all entities.
Compliance: Ensure full alignment with financial consolidation principles and compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and Group standards.
Systems, Transformation & Projects
System Optimization: Maintain and enhance consolidation processes in SAP and SAP BPC, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in consolidation workflows, controls, and reporting templates.
Strategic Projects: Participate in special projects such as M&A integration, system upgrades, and changes in reporting standards.
Collaboration & Audit
European Coordination: Coordinate with finance teams across European subsidiaries to ensure alignment on accounting treatments, closing timelines, and reporting requirements.
Audit Support: Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Cross-Functional Work: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

What we value
Experience: 4+ years of experience in group consolidation or financial reporting within a multinational environment . Previous experience in Audit and Controlling is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP and SAP BPC is essential, as well as data reporting tools (e.g., AFO, Power BI) . Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of consolidation principles and accounting standards (IFRS is a plus).
Soft Skills: We are looking for a highly proactive team member with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines and willing to challenge the status quo.
