Role:
Reporting to the Quality Director,
The Route-to-Market (RTM) Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance across the entire distribution chain, from production to the point of sale, in line with GBFoods Africa Quality Standards.
The role drives marketplace quality monitoring, manages consumer and customer quality concerns, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product integrity, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation across African markets.
