Perform and document CIP and disinfection activities of the equipment.
Ensure zero littering of the floor with laminates, powders, inks etc.
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) before the start of daily production.
Ensure that all the machine interlock are functioning before starting the operation.
Ensure machines are running with the correct parameters in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, weight, height, coding, perforation and sealing integrity, pressure and temperature etc.)
Measure raw materials accurately and feed into machine following proper handling and dispensing procedures.
Maintain pasteurizing temperature and piston pump pressure within specified range
Ensure the hourly monitoring of the production output.
Ensure proper hygiene of the machine and the work area and good housekeeping is in place.
Always ensure strict compliance to all safety, health and environment rules
Maintain good GMP/GHP in the Workplace
Ensure that the SOP for machine cleaning is strictly follow during and after the operation
Control and report raw material usage and output of the machine and ensure all the record are properly updated.
Always ensure the right PPEs are worn and used during operation
Take periodic reading of all machine parameters and record of downtime
Requirements
OND,HND,B-SC, B-Tech
Proven experience as machine operator( At least a minimum of 2 years Experience).
Food manufacturing experience and knowledge of current FSMS & ISO standards are advantageous.
Knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery including any one or more of filling, cutting, monodose, theegarten packaging, pressing & wrapping granulating, boules, blending etc. machines and measurement tools.
