We are now looking for a Back Office Agent (6-month leave of absence cover) to join our Customer Service, Global Logistics & Operations team, who will be responsible for providing support in the invoice-to-cash function to ensure timely receipt of payment from customers, fulfilling the working capital requirements of the company. The successful candidate will help manage the company's orders of export business, according to forecasted deliveries as well as support the AP (logistics vendors) process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business.
  • Inform customers about their next due date of payments and follow up.
  • Recovery of due debts from customers.
  • Work together with Front Office to anticipate incidents in deliveries.
  • Follow-up and accounting of payments of Senegal, Ivory Coast and Export to over 20 countries.
  • Liaise with customers and follow-up of customer accounts.
  • Creation of purchase orders of logistics costs in SAP.
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of invoices from logistics vendors.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum vocational training in Finance, Economics or International Trade (Degree will be valued).
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Good command of English.

Skills & Attitude

  • Organized, responsible and proactive.
  • Strong focus on following procedures.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with customers and internal teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Good team player and willing to work in an international business.
