Job description

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial National Key Account to join our Sales team based in Milan. Reporting to the Channel Manager , you will be responsible for managing assigned top customers, driving growth, and ensuring the perfect execution of our commercial strategy.

Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement the customer plan according to the commercial strategy.

  • Prepare and discuss weekly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with business targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities through ad hoc projects with the customer.

  • Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions when necessary.

Negotiation & Execution

  • Lead the negotiation of first and second-level contracts with assigned customers.

  • Lead negotiations on promotions and assortments to maximize visibility and sales.

  • Optimize trade spending with a Revenue Growth Management approach.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in (National) Account Management within FMCG companies, preferably in the food industry. Previous experience in Trade Marketing will be considered a major plus.

  • Languages: A good level of English is required (C1)
