Mission:

As a Junior HR Generalist you will support various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with benefits and payroll. You help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, answer employee questions, and support HR projects.

Being part of the HR team and reporting to the HR Business Partner you will support the implementation of the HR strategy.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation for contracts, benefits, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication: Help organize internal events, draft HR communications, and contribute to initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Learning & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track attendance, and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Support data collection and reporting on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, talent promotions and training participation.
  • Policy & Process Support: Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Employer Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen our employer brand through social media content, career page updates, and participation in university events and job fairs. Help showcase our culture and values to attract top talent.

Requirements

If you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology or Human Resources
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Some experience in human resources administration is beneficial

  • Strongly motivated to learn and grow in HR functions
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
