Job description

 

At GBfoods we offer culinary solutions in several countries of Europe and Africa with prestigious leading local brands, including Jumbo, Gallina Blanca, Erasco, Gino, Liebig, Star, Bama, D&L, Grand'Italia and Blå Band, among others.

Our Purpose “Celebrating local flavours” is to empower and take care of each of the local communities we belong to and to bring out their authentic flavours. Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.

Today, with a turnover of around 1,4 billion euros and a team of around 3.600 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.

We are now loooking for a HR Data & Talent Specialist to join our HR Europe team. The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics. Stay close to Countries HR Data leads for Data Quality and accuracy management.   
  • Manage HR dashboards and analytics, using tools like Excel, Business Objects or Power BI. 
  • Prepare HR reporting to support all HR areas, including Rewards, System and Talent.  
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and workforce planning. 
  • Responsible for HR KPI’s analysis and reporting, coordinating all geographies in Europe. 
  • Manage of ad-hoc HR reports/scorecards to detect current issues and identify trends.
  • Be the evangelist of a Data Culture across all the organization, proposing and implementing trainings and improvements in way of working and systems.
  • Key enabler of the execution of all HR Talent and development projects: HCM implementation, Pulse Survey, Performance Management and Talent Review.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles 
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, databases, and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R is a plus). 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
