Automation & Digitalization Manager

We are now loooking for a Automation & Digitalization Manager to join our Engineering team. The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and design scalable automation frameworks.
• Lead the digitalization strategy for the Industrial assets identifying and implementing new digital tools, applications, and platforms.
• Spearhead AI/ML projects for predictive analytics.
• Act as a change agent by conducting training sessions and workshops on automation best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing and/or future business systems (SAP, ERP, MES).
• Ensure automation and digital solutions align with corporate policies, cybersecurity, and data privacy regulations.
• Establish governance frameworks for automation initiatives and monitor compliance with IT security protocols.
• Manage risks related to automation adoption and propose mitigation strategies.
• Acting as a Project Manager in relevant automation and/or digitalization projects
