Production Supervisor

Purpose of Role:

The purpose of this position is to provide effective leadership and supervision regarding all activities, resources and processes to ensure seamless production optimization all the time.

Results / Accountabilities

1. Assesses labor requirements and communicates requests for action.
2. Allocates labor and monitors the production processes to ensure targets are achieved.
3. Plans, interprets, and implements the plans for shift.     
4. Ensures and maintains safe working environment.
5. Facilitates effective team dynamics and coordinates all activities in shift
6. Facilitates employees’ training and development.
7. Facilitates environment health and safety programs and systems.
8. Ensure food safety and plant hygiene.
9. Facilitates team communication and conflict resolution.     
10. Maintains discipline within the plant, facilitate employee’s grievance process.
11. Prepares and submits accurate and reliable reports.
12. Ensure we always produce and deliver safe products to the consumer.
13. Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others including your own fitness for work.
14. Any other duties assigned by the manager.
