Role:

Reporting to the Route-To-Market Execution Manager: 

The Route-To-Market Execution Assistant will be responsible for providing support in the implementation of the route-to-market initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support product launches during the first year to consolidate the commercial implementation (distribution, perfect store, etc.).
  • Follow up the main RTM initiatives by tracking real data and targets defined.
  • Assist to drive and optimize daily RTM operations to ensure an effective execution based on a scientific data approach.
  • Track the detailed execution plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in key RTM meeting preparation such as RTM operational meetings and Route-to-Market steering committee meetings.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business administration with or without previous work experience.
  • Tracking and reporting project with attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective collaboration skills and teamwork.
  • Communication skills. Effective communication with the teams of the African countries
  • Knowledge of English will be highly valued.
