We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Managers to join our team. The vacancy is in different regions in the country. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory.
You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the market.

As the Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers within the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for your territory.
Coach, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and measure progress against goals.
Collaborate with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
