We are looking for a dynamic territory sales manager to join our team

Job Purpose: To develop and nurture client and customers relationships within designated territory to drive direct sales of company products, fostering lasting connections and maximising revenue opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Responsible for Net Sales Target for assigned territory.
  • Responsible for driving the growth of existing products as well as launching of any new product in assigned territory.
  • Handle redistribution model of sales to customers
  • Establish, maintain, and expand customer base designated territory with the help of other team members.
  • Implement sales strategies in assigned territory.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

 

Education:

  • Relevant Degree or professional Certificate in Marketing or Sales

Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role in FMCG industry

Skills:

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
  • Open mindset, proactiveness, teamwork
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
