Job description

  •  Lead cross-functional teams, manage existing partnerships, and evaluate company business goals
  • Develop and deliver the sales strategy, achieve net sales and margin targets through effective leadership
  • Monitor business strategies in order to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization
  • Manages performance and develop current staff and future team within the organization as per Performance Management Plan in order to facilitate high performance, succession planning and close performance gaps
  • Manage performance and talent plan for team
  • Implement functional plan and projects
  • Negotiate and exceed financial & market share objectives
  • Implement plans and to improve business profitability
  • Maintain external stakeholder relations
  • Manage internal/ key account/ third-party/ agents’ performance to exceed planned objectives
  • Develop new categories into value chain
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Develop Route To Market (RTM) strategies

Requirements

•    Post Graduate qualification with relevant certification in Sales, Marketing or Business management is preferred
•    Over 12 years’ experience; sector-specific sales experience including management experience in related business areas is preferred
•    Experience across a broad range of sales channels is essential along with evidence of success
