We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven West Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in GB Foods Algeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the region, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the West region in alignment with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the West region to expand the company's market presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet targets.
- Provide regular and accurate sales reports to the senior management team.
Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget for the West region.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum sales results.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Systems:
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.
