Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.

Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, West Africa with dotted line  to the Strategy Director):

  • Support on the definition of the GBfoods West Africa Strategic Plan.
  • Drive business transformation, including management of projects and strategic support on key projects.
  • Drive local reporting and contribute to regional reporting.
  • Manage key governance / routines of the Business Unit:
  • Work directly with senior members of the organization, providing advisory and analytical support.
  • Available to travel regionally (at least 20% of the time)

Requirements

  • Technical Competencies

    • Previous experience in either consulting or structured multinational work environment (3-5 years)
    • Project Management expertise
    • Language: Fluency in French language is a must, and minimum good command of English.
