Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Human Resource Manager at GBfoods Nigeria, located in Lagos. The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the factory, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. They will collaborate with the factory management team to ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and contribute to a positive work culture.
