Job description

Role:

Reporting to Digital Marketing Manager

The Assistant Digital Manager supports the definition and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies, combining creativity with analytics to enhance digital touchpoints and maintain brand relevance across all online platforms. He/She will also help manage a specialist marketing ecosystem comprising internal talent and external agency partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution across the digital landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support the Digital Manager on:

  • Digital Campaign Planning, Tracking, Execution & Reporting
  • All digital briefing, planning and management
  • Agency Council Management
  • Key Partners Evaluation
  • Campaign Strategist/Planner
  • Social Listening & Analytics
  • All Traditional & Digital KPI Tracking
  • Display & Social Media Management

Collaborate with other functions on:

  • Social Media Content Management
  • Category teams.
  • Film production
  • Design
  • Gaming
  • Music
  • Annual Media Measurement and Media Consumption habit change analyses
  • Community Management

 

 

Requirements

  • BSc in Advertising, Marketing Communication or any other field.  A relevant certification is a plus
  • Four (4) years’  digital marketing experience is key
  • Consistent record of success and achievement associated with results-oriented, campaigns and plans
  • Proven knowledge of industry tools and software.

  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing – Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic/retargeting platforms.
  • Creative Mind is essential.
  • Analytics & Optimization – Deep expertise in Google Analytics,etc
  • SEO, SEM & other social media apps – Tiktok, Instagram,snapchat
