Treasury Accountant

Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Treasurer for our Shared Business Services who will be responsible for monitoring, planning and managing the utilization of cash and financial services in the most efficient way consistent with the company’s policies and strategy.

Essential Functions:

1. Management of banking map and banking pool
2. Financial facilities management (M&A, Capex and Working capital)
3. Cash-management; daily position and forecast
4. Payment management
5. Online banking management
6. Financial cost management and reporting
7. Reconciliation of all the bank accounts on monthly basis
8. Correct booking of all transactions on the bank statements (accuracy and completeness)
9. Investigate and adjust all outstanding items are investigated and duly adjusted
10. Effect cheque deposit on the bank accounts
11. Perform cash withdrawal for the petty cash replenishment
12. In collaboration with Corporate team, ensure workable relationship with local banks
13. Undertake follow-up on all payments executed
