Role & Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be supporting our Consumer Insights team in Nigeria, with the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Market, consumer intelligence for Ghanaian & Nigerian markets:
  • Retail audit data management and reporting (AcNielsen)
  • House-Hold Panel Tracking information (Kantar)
  • Coordinate research plan, budget and payment of suppliers
  • Supporting Nigeria & Ghana Manager and coordination of Adhoc Market/Consumer researches (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Ensure quality of field work and timely reporting of adhoc and tracking studies
  • Data mining, analysis and report writing
  • Manage assigned projects end to end ( from briefing to presentation of results)

Requirements

 

Essential requirements:

  • Min 2-3years working in research agency or FMCG environment
  • Experience with tracking researches (like retail audit or home panels)
  • Experience in managing research end-to end (Briefing to Report)
  • Report writing and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Analytical and comfortable interpreting numbers

 

Valuable requirements:

  • Proficiency in at least 2 local languages
  • Conversant with statistical packages- SPSS
  • Project Managementexperience 
  • Experience in adhoc studies 
  • Experience in managing internal clients in a multicultural environment
