Privacy clause for candidates

According to the established in the EU Regulation 2016/679 from the European Parliament and Council dated 27 April 2016 in relation to the protection of physical people regarding the processing of personal data and free circulation of this data, and which repeals Directive 95/46/CE, by checking the corresponding box, you expressly consent to THE GB FOODS S.A. processing your personal data for the purposes of responding to your job application and for the following purposes:

  1. To notify you of job vacancies that arise within our organisation;
  2. To undertake staff recruitment processes; and
  3. To request job references from people or companies where have worked in the past;

We will process this data while you are currently participating in a recruitment process and/or while your personal is still considered updated for another current or future recruitment processes that you may participate in according to your profile. We will also store your data for the term in which we have some type of legal responsibility related to this recruitment process, or when we are legally obligated to do so.

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to request its limitation, to oppose its processing and to withdraw your consent for this processing. In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, in which case we will only store it for the exercise or defence of claims. Additionally, you have the right to file a claim with the pertinent data protection authority (in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).

If you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, please send a letter to THE GB FOODS, S.A., Plaza Europa no. 42, 08902, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona (Spain), or an email to dataprivacy@thegbfoods.com, with a copy of your national identification document or other equivalent document attached, and state “Data Protection” as the subject.

By accepting this policy, you declare that the personal data you provide to THE GB FOODS is true and you commit to keeping this data updated in the event that it changed.
